1. General Terms

General Terms BetNjet operates under a Costa Rica gaming licence and provides casino gaming, live casino, crash games and sportsbook services. By accessing or using BetNjet you accept these Terms and agree to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If you are not permitted to gamble under local law, you must not create an account or place bets. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, BetNjet may refer the matter to arbitration or applicable courts under the Terms of service determined at registration. These General Terms form the binding agreement between you and BetNjet for use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

Account & KYC To use BetNjet you must register an account and provide accurate personal information. During registration you will be asked for name, date of birth, email and other identifiers as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately in the event of unauthorised access or suspicious activity. BetNjet implements Know Your Customer - KYC - checks to verify identity and source of funds. Verification documents commonly requested include government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method evidence. Withdrawal requests will be processed only after internal approval and successful KYC. Until verification is complete, certain account functions such as withdrawals or large bets may be restricted. Accounts may be subject to enhanced due diligence where irregular activity is detected. BetNjet reserves the right to request additional documentation and to pause transactions pending review. Providing false or misleading documentation is a serious breach and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. BetNjet may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or where verification cannot be completed. 3. Account Security
